I’m Nicole Stroop, a board-certified Family and Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner. I’ve lived in Nashville for over 30 years and graduated with honors from Belmont University in 2019, earning my Master of Science in Nursing. My career began in orthopedic surgery, but my own health journey inspired me to attend the Institute of Functional Medicine, where I gained the training to focus on the root causes of disease and provide transformative care. I’ve also completed extensive training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in peptide therapy and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, as well as advanced coursework in stem cell therapy. My approach empowers patients to overcome chronic symptoms and reclaim their health and vitality.

Sarah Platt-Finger is the Director of Chopra Yoga at The Gaja Collective and co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC. Recognized by Deepak Chopra as “an extraordinary teacher of yoga,” she co-authored Living in the Light: Yoga for Self-Realization with him, offering a transformative path to personal growth. Initiated as a Yoga Master in 2013 after earning her 500-hour certification in the ISHTA lineage, Sarah has been instrumental in shaping prestigious yoga teacher training programs worldwide. She believes yoga extends beyond the mat, helping students cultivate awareness of their physical, mental, and emotional patterns to reconnect with their true essence.

Diane Flores is the unapologetic voice behind Boss Bitch Radio, helping women ditch diet culture, reclaim their confidence, and build a body and life they love. A powerhouse coach, entrepreneur, and speaker, Diane blends no-BS truth-telling with compassion, empowering women to live authentically and boldly in their own skin.

Jessica Preston, Founder of Denovo, has been a specialist in fertility, hormones and women’s health. Years ago, after overcoming her own fertility complications while conceiving twins, Jessica knew she wanted to expand her reach.
She has a background in biochemistry, and functional medicine. Her biochemistry knowledge grants her a unique lens through which to view the body’s health. The biochemical model is truly the Functional Medicine (FM) model and is what inspired her coaching approach.

My patients call me Dr. Jill, and yes—I answer to that faster than when my four kids yell “Mom!” I started out as a Division I field hockey player until my heart decided it wanted more drama than the game. After a couple of open-heart surgeries (no big deal) and a quick half-marathon to prove I was still tough, I went on to earn my DDS and build a practice that combines empathy, honesty, exceptional care, and—unfortunately for my patients—really bad jokes.

Jaclyn Altman has been practicing dental hygiene for over 22 years. She holds advanced certifications in laser dentistry, and will soon have additional certifications with IADBM And AOMT. She has a special passion for holistic dental care and myofunctional therapy. A sought-after speaker, Jaclyn has presented at professional conventions on integrative approaches to oral health, sharing her expertise in blending traditional practices with holistic methods. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs. She is also an active member of her community choir and loves to scuba dive and knit.

She also has completed extensive work in personal development of high performance habits as well as breaking free from old habits and patterns.
She offers an extremely unique blend of many aspects of physical, mental and psychological aspects of wellness in her practice of High Performance Health Coaching, Women’s Health Masterminds, DNA programs and Entrepreneurship.
